"If You Don't Marry Now, I'm Going To Bring You A Wife & 3 Kids" Sudi Attacks Single MP

Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi on Saturday sparked laughter and loud cheers after launching a sharp personal attack on fellow politician Mike Sonko during a public event, turning the gathering into a moment of entertainment for the crowd in attendance.

Addressing an energized audience, Sudi mocked Sonko’s personal life, claiming that despite his wealth, influence, and past political prominence, the former Nairobi governor lacks a family of his own.

The outspoken MP told the crowd that Sonko “has everything money can buy, including power and fame,” but alleged that he does not have a wife or children.

His remarks were met with laughter, cheers, and chants from supporters, who appeared thoroughly entertained by the unexpected jab.

Sudi went further, escalating the mockery by suggesting that this perceived gap in Sonko’s life was something they were ready to address themselves.

In a statement that drew even louder reactions from the crowd, the Kapseret legislator declared that they would personally “bring him a wife with three children,” a comment that sent the audience into bursts of laughter and applause.

The remarks quickly overshadowed the main agenda of the event as attention shifted to the unfolding exchange.

Known for his bold and often controversial public statements, Sudi has built a reputation for using humor and sharp language to engage crowds.

His latest comments reinforced that image, instantly becoming the highlight of the gathering and a talking point among attendees long after the event ended.

Although Sudi did not directly reference any political contest involving Sonko, the comments were widely interpreted as part of the long-standing political rivalry and personal jabs that frequently characterize Kenya’s political landscape.

Sonko, who previously served as Nairobi governor, has often been at the center of public debate, both for his political actions and his personal life.

Political observers note that such remarks, while amusing to supporters, reflect a broader trend in Kenyan politics where leaders increasingly rely on humor, satire, and personal attacks to connect with crowds and maintain public relevance.

As videos and clips from the event continue to circulate online, Sudi’s comments are expected to provoke further reactions and debate across political circles in the days ahead.
